As the news of the CoronaVirus outbreak continues to evolve, we wanted to let you know that we at Aspen Property Management have a plan in place to continue our service to your community, answer any questions, and assist in any homeowner issues. As a result of investing in state-of-the-art technologies, in the event that the CoronaVirus disrupts our ability to work in the office, our dedicated employees are able to telecommute with all other Aspen staff, Board Members, Homeowners and Contractors, just as if we were in the office. Our desk phones are portable and our management system is web-based. Over the past week, we’ve tested these capabilities should some or all of our employees need to telecommute. The good news is that all systems work and we are prepared for a seamless transition if the need arises.
We kindly ask that if you need to discuss anything, please reach out to your property manager first and we’ll try to resolve any issues via email or phone, as we have closed our physical office to the public as a precautionary measure. We understand this may cause some issues but these are only temporary measures and we expect to return to normal as soon as possible. Thank you for your continued support and be sure to stay healthy.
